Information and purpose

We process the information you provide —name, company, email address, drawing reference, quantity and description of your requirement— to reply to your enquiry, assess the application and prepare a quotation if requested. Fields marked as required are needed to handle the enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

The server may record technical access data, such as IP address, date and requested URL, to maintain the security and operation of the website.

Legal basis

Where an enquiry concerns a potential contract with the individual making it, processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at that person’s request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For professional enquiries made on behalf of a company, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding and managing the professional relationship (Article 6(1)(f)). Technical security logs are processed to protect the service.

Retention and recipients

We keep information while handling the enquiry and afterwards for as long as necessary to meet legal obligations or address potential claims. Hosting and email providers may access the data to provide their services, subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Information may also be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability where applicable by writing to aesa@aportaciones-especiales.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). We do not make automated decisions about enquiries submitted through the form.
